According to, Americans are torn between taking a vacation and avoiding the Coronavirus (COVID-19). While we recommend staying safe through wearing masks and practicing social distancing, we are seeing trends across the United States where people have chosen to travel. Bed Bugs Transmitting Infectious Diseases

According to the NIH, or the National Institute of Health, there is no evidence indicating that bed bugs can transmit infectious diseases like the Coronavirus. This may surprise you as there can be allergic reactions to being bitten by a bed bug, but ultimately, there aren’t any reports we’ve seen to confirm transmission of the Coronavirus via bed bugs. As an additional source of information, the CDC or the Center for Disease Control, has indicated that bed bugs are not known to spread disease.
