  1. I understand you guys are for people who have been injured. Is there any case for someone being terminated, after they were told to not come back to work until it was treated, only to be told the day after it was treated that they could not come back yet, then the job refused to let that individual come back to work for a month without being able to collect unemployment. Then after the month terminated to employee?

  2. Based on the information you have provided on this form, you would likely best benefit from consulting with an employment attorney.

  3. I am a 49y disabled male living in a Philadelphia city shelter, which is severely infested with bedbugs. I was forced to go to City shelter after my last landlord sold the property where I had reside over 10 years. I been in shelter for 5 weeks and been getting bit up daily buy bed bugs, while sleeping on a torn, rip up and filled with holes, filthy mattress. I am unable to sleep and have plenty bites to show as proof. (Took plenty pictures) I informed the staff about the bedbugs and my torn, rip up matress, but they all have the same response , which is (“We are not here to accommodate you”) Do I have a case?

  8. I have proof of the bugs and the bites, health inspection report, and the hotel has several public bed bug complaints online, but I did not seek medical treatment. Ive lived in the country and I know docs can’t do much about bed bug bites. Topical ointment normally does the trick. I suffer from thinking bugs are crawling all night. Do I still have a case if my whole family had documented bites, but no medical treatment?

  9. Erika, Medical treatment should only be sought if it is necessary. The fact that you did not seek medical treatment does not necessarily prevent a claim.
